Copy and Paste layers (including between tabs/templates)

We need to be able to Copy (Cmd + C) and Paste (Cmd + V) layers.
That will make it possible to duplicate layers (and group of layers) between pages of a template and even between templates if you have multiple tabs open in your browser.
